	New York Botanical Garden publications The Garden currently publishes the series titles Advances in Economic Botany, Intermountain Flora, Flora Neotropica, Memoirs of the New York Botanical Garden, Contributions from the NYBG, among others. The Mertz Library has digitized the Memoirs, the Bulletin of the New York Botanical Garden, and Journal of the New York Botanical Garden. 	Latin American plant literature The Library's Latin American plant literature holdings are among the richest in the world, due in large part to NYBG's very active research and conservation programs in the American tropics. MertzDigital contains a collection of Latin American books.
	Collectors' field notebooks The Archives in the Mertz Library maintain an extensive collection of field notebooks that belonged to present or former staff members and their plant-collecting collaborators. This includes Percy Wilson's 1904 notebook for work done in Cuba.
	Books on trees The Mertz Library, one of the world's largest and most important botanical and horticultural research libraries, is also digitizing many of its tree books, including Caspary's Atlas von funfzehn Lichtdrucktafeln zu der Abhandlung (1889).
