Description	Mss 0011. Title from incipit. Ms. on parchment. Written in black ink, with chapter initials alternating in blue or red. Includes marginalia. Bound with 2 leaves of a different text at beginning and end of volume. Book of simples, attributed to Mattheaus Platearius, lecturer at Salerno medical school.
