A beautiful velvety sward, composed of grasses of fine but firm texture, with just enoughWhite Clover to hold over and keep the whole green in the extra dry and scorching spells of July and August, is the result of one season's growth. I applied the seed to an average soil. (Signed) THOMAS MURRAY, Supt. to Pierre Lor- rillard, Esq.
