Our Hardy Native Plants are shipped direct from Highlands Nursery, in the western North
Carolina mountains, from Pineola, N. C, freight station. The present freight rate to New York,
Boston and Philadelphia is 96 J» tents per 100 pounds. Special express rates, Connecting with
Norfolk steamers.
We claim superior packing, our export shipments teaching the most remote countries in
perfect condition. Packing charged lor at cost.
Foreign remittances should he sent by International I'ostal Money Order, drawn on Boston)
Mass., Post Office, or hy New York or Boston Exchange, An American dollar is equal to a little
more than four (4) English shillings, four (4) German marks, or five (5) francs.
Our foreign correspondents are notified that we use the Western Union and A. B. C. Telegraph and Cable Codes. Cable address, Kelmont-Boston.
Claims must be made immediately on receipt of goods. All shipments travel at consignee's
risk. Shipping begins about September 15 and lasts till December, and in spring from March 1 to
May 15. Give shipping instructions unless you wish to leave it to us. We use our best judgment
but assume no risk.
Crowing Rhododendrons, Azaleas, Kalmias, Hemlocks and other plants of this class in
wholesale quantities will continue to be our specially. All the leading parks, cemeteries and nurseries of America, as well as those abroad, have been satisfactorily supplied in the past with
many hundreds of thousands of plants from Highlands Nursery.
