CITY OF EAST ORANGE. NEW JERSEY

Thomas Meehan & Sons,
Dresher, Pa.
Gentlemen :-
I am sending you some photos I have just lately made of
the Yellow-twigged Lindens, as they will convey to you the true appearance of these trees better than anything 1 can possibly say. The
trees were furnished by you and planted in the Fall of 1911, on Kenwood
Place. There are seventy five trees, in perfect condition, not having
lost a single tree. The trees are very uniform in size and make a beautiful
showing, and I predict that this will be one of the most beautiful
streets in East Orange.
Yours very truly,
